For young people, this includes experience of being in care or involvement with Early Help, Child in Need and Child Protection plans. The parents and carers, who include birth parents, kinship carers, foster carers, adopters, bring perspectives shaped by engagement with a range of services from early intervention onwards.
The panel exists to give those with lived experience of the services and systems Foundations seeks to influence power to shape our work, guiding decision-making and acting as a critical friend to ensure that what we do and say achieves our intended impact.

Rated 2: Set up and delivery is medium-low cost, equivalent to an estimated unit cost of £100–£499.
Rated 3: Set up and delivery is medium cost, equivalent to an estimated unit cost of £500–£999.
