The Centre for Evidence Based Early Intervention (CEBEI) is a research centre at Bangor University. Its mission is to provide useful contributions to the evidence base for resources and interventions that support early intervention for children and families. This enables health, social care and educational professionals to make informed choices about what works, when helping families. CEBEI research focuses on implementation science, the study of methods and strategies that enable research findings uptake in practice. Implementation science examines what works, for whom and under what circumstances, as well as how effective interventions can be scaled up.
