Data Complaints
It is your right to complain when you think that Foundations did not respect your personal information, or did not execute your wishes regarding your personal information. Foundations will respond to your complaint within 30 days. The Data Protection Officer will review your complaint and explain any outcome that might occur from it. If you are dissatisfied with Foundations’ response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
The information you provide on this form will only be used for the purposes of investigating the complaint and will be shared in an anonymous manner with the persons relevant to your complaint, unless the law obliges us to do otherwise or we have your consent to do so. We will also derive statistics from it so as to improve our projects and data protection functions. We will keep this record for 7 years.
