Dr Jo Casebourne

Chief Executive

Dr Jo Casebourne is the Chief Executive of Foundations. Prior to her current role she was also chief executive of the Early Intervention Foundation (EIF) from August 2017 until it’s merger with What Works for Children’s Social Care in December 2022. Jo has spent 25 years leading research on how government and public services can best support children and families. Prior to joining EIF, she worked at the Institute for Government, Nesta and the Centre for Economic Social Inclusion.
