Managing Director at Alma Economics. He is also currently serving as a member of the UK government’s Evaluation and Trial Advice Panel. He has led major economic and social research projects for almost all UK government departments, for the Welsh Government, the Scottish Government, and councils across the country. Overseas, Nick has advised national governments in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as well as international organisations such as the World Bank, the European Commission, UNICEF, OECD and the WHO. Prior to Alma, Nick worked as an economic adviser in HM Treasury, HM Revenue and Customs, and the Cabinet Office, including in the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit and the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit.
