Research Director at IFF Research, an independent social research and evaluation agency. Kesley brings expertise in delivering inclusive mixed-method research and evaluation with care experienced children, young people and adults, and in collaborative working with local authorities, schools and local support services to engage meaningfully and ethically in research and evaluation. She has designed and delivered feasibility studies, pilot evaluations, and IPE and impact evaluations involving children’s social care interventions and/or care experienced families for the DfE, Welsh Government, Scottish Government, WWCSC/Foundations, YEF and YFF. Kelsey holds an MSc Social Psychology (London School of Economics) and a BA Psychology (University of British Colombia). Her previous career included being the Research Manager to Associate Director at Verian Group (formerly Kantar Public), Researcher at NatCen Social Research and a Youth Investment Advisor at Big Lottery Fund.
