We are inviting applications from candidates to join our board of Trustees. Like the rest of Foundations, the board are high-performing and ambitious about making a real difference for vulnerable children and families.
Foundations is a proud member of the What Works Network, which is based on the principle that high-quality evidence should inform decision-making and has a vital role in improving the lives of vulnerable children. We encourage applications from people with a deep shared interest in our goals, along with high levels of relevant expertise and diversity.
We are looking for two Trustees with the following skills:
- A financially qualified expert with charity experience and the skills to chair the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee
- A children’s services expert who understands the practice context of early intervention and Children’s Social Care. You will have likely been a Director or Leader of Local Government Children’s Services.
