Our spokespeople 

Dr Jo Casebourne is the Chief Executive of Foundations. Jo has spent more than 25 years leading research on how government and public services can best support children and families.  

Jo has appeared on BBC News, Daily Politics on BBC Two, Woman’s Hour on BBC Radio 4, Times Radio, LBC news, Talk Radio and a range of local radio stations. She is regularly quoted in articles in The Guardian, The Independent, The Times, The Telegraph, Children and Young People Now, Nursery World and LocalGov

Donna Molloy OBE is the Deputy Chief Executive at Foundations. Donna’s has led national programmes to support children and families in a range of Whitehall roles. She currently works extensively with policymakers in Whitehall departments, sector organisations and those leading services in local areas. Donna has previously provided commentary in the Guardian, Times Radio, Woman’s Hour, LBC news and local radio. 

Foundations was formed through the merger of What Works for Children’s Social Care and the Early Intervention Foundation.
