Leading local RPC support encompasses the partnerships that support the delivery of the strategic approach to RPC. As well as the engagement of partners it also considers how the local community are involved in the design and delivery of RPC support.
Partnership focuses on strategic leadership and partnership working to drive forward delivery of the local strategy for reducing the impact of conflict between parents on children. It focuses on core children’s services partners as well as adult mental health services, domestic abuse services, homelessness services, alcohol and substance abuse services, and probation and prison services. This element also includes how leadership is distributed across the community and local organisations.
Community focuses on how families and the local community are engaged in the design and delivery of the local strategy for reducing the impact of conflict between parents on children.
